Akshay Kumar Biography

 Akshay Kumar, also known as Rajiv Hari Om Bhatia, is a renowned Indian actor, producer, and television personality. He was born on September 9, 1967, in Amritsar, Punjab, India. His father, Hari Om Bhatia, was a military officer, and his mother, Aruna Bhatia, was a homemaker. Akshay grew up in Delhi and later moved to Mumbai to pursue his career in acting.

Akshay Kumar began his career as a martial arts instructor in Mumbai. He then worked as a model and appeared in several commercials before making his debut in the film industry. His debut film was Saugandh (1991), in which he played the lead role. However, his breakthrough role came with the film Khiladi (1992), which was a huge commercial success. Since then, Akshay has acted in more than 150 films and has won several awards for his performances.

Some of Akshay Kumar's most popular films include Hera Pheri (2000), Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (2004), Namastey London (2007), Singh Is Kinng (2008), Rowdy Rathore (2012), Special 26 (2013), Baby (2015), Toilet: Ek Prem Katha (2017), Pad Man (2018), and Kesari (2019). He is known for his versatility as an actor and has worked in a variety of genres, including comedy, action, drama, and romance.

Apart from acting, Akshay Kumar is also a successful producer and has produced several films under his production company, Hari Om Entertainment. He has also hosted several seasons of the popular television show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi.

Akshay Kumar is known for his philanthropic work and has supported several causes, including education, health, and disaster relief. In 2021, he launched the Bharat Ke Veer initiative, which is a fundraising platform for the Indian Armed Forces.
